Final report

The Plastic Packaging Stewardship Scheme report was released online in May 2025. 

It’s the culmination of over two years’ work by a range of stakeholders, including industry and Local Government. 

With the publication of the scheme report, which outlines a producer-led system to manage and reduce the environmental impact of plastic packaging, the project team has wrapped up.
